About the Event
This webinar will provide an introduction to The Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (NI) 2020, giving an overview of key changes and new provisions. It will also explore the law and practice of early conciliation, which is now mandatory in most employment claims in Northern Ireland. The webinar is suitable for practitioners who want to bring their knowledge of practice and procedure in the Tribunals up to date, or those who are new to practice in this area. This webinar will be delivered by Ryan Cushley BL and Sarah Cochrane (Solicitor).
